Head of Spend Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Spend Operations to lead accounts payable and corporate expense functions, ensuring payments and reimbursements are accurate, efficient, and compliant with policy. Responsibilities include managing vendor payments and records, overseeing corporate card and travel expense programs, and establishing spend policies, approval workflows, and financial controls. The role will strengthen compliance and audit readiness, develop analytics to identify anomalies and potential fraud risks, and support tax and regulatory reporting. It will also drive procure-to-pay and expense process automation, develop performance dashboards, lead continuous improvement, and communicate operational results and risks to senior leadership. Candidates should have 6–10 years of experience in accounts payable, procure-to-pay, expense management, finance operations, or transformation, along with proven experience leading global or distributed teams. Expertise in process automation, ERP systems, expense platforms, and financial controls is required. Strong analytical skills and experience using reporting, data analytics, AI, or enterprise performance management technologies are also important. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered operational improvements in regulated or fast-paced environments.
