Head of Accounting Transformation

The Company is seeking a Head of Accounting Transformation to lead initiatives that modernize fund accounting operations and improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Responsibilities include overseeing fund accounting and the NAV process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and supervising audits and regulatory filings. The role will drive automation and workflow improvements, support system integrations and fund launches, and manage relationships with external auditors and third-party administrators. The successful candidate will also collaborate across functions, contribute to strategic initiatives, and mentor a high-performing team. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and have at least 15 years of experience in fund accounting or a similar area. Strong leadership and organizational change experience, comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory compliance, and the ability to manage complex projects are required. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience with accounting systems and a background in automation and workflow optimization are preferred.
