Senior Vice President, Product Simplification & Resilience Lead, Global Core Payments Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a senior product leader to drive global simplification and resilience across its domestic core payments network. The role will define and execute simplification strategies, governance, performance measures, and roadmaps, partnering with product, operations, and technology teams to reduce complexity and strengthen platform resilience. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, shaping product and commercialization plans, and translating improvements into client value and business growth. The leader will monitor portfolio performance and profitability, communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders, and oversee product risk, regulatory compliance, and controls. Candidates should have at least 10 years of product management or development experience, including leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives, and deep knowledge of payments, regulatory frameworks, and resilience-focused simplification. Strong analytical, commercialization, stakeholder-management, and communication skills are required, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent university-level qualification. Experience in global financial services, payments simplification, resilience strategy, risk management, or multi-jurisdictional governance is beneficial. A master’s degree in business administration or a related field is also an advantage.
