Vice President, Cybersecurity Technology Engineer

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Cybersecurity Technology Engineer to join their Wholesale Banking CISO team. The successful candidate will be a key individual contributor, responsible for translating cybersecurity strategy into tangible execution. This role demands a professional with a strong background in artificial intelligence security, ransomware resilience, identity and access management, and the continuous advancement of cybersecurity technologies. The VP will work closely with the CISO to shape priorities, coordinate complex initiatives, and ensure that technology changes lead to sustainable risk reduction and regulatory readiness. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, with an advanced degree being beneficial, and at least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology, or related fields. The role requires a deep understanding of AI security, ransomware resilience, and modern security technologies, as well as experience in a highly regulated financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical program management, the ability to manage cybersecurity initiatives, and a strong foundation in cybersecurity and technical program management. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, PMP, or equivalent are preferred. The role also involves supporting the secure use of frontier AI, monitoring AI-related threats, and coordinating ransomware readiness and cyber recovery activities.
