Vice President, Infrastructure Debt

The Company is seeking a Vice President to evaluate, underwrite, and execute infrastructure debt investments across a range of sectors. Responsibilities include building financial models and valuation analyses, conducting market research, performing credit and risk assessments, and preparing investment recommendations and committee materials. The role supports transactions from initial screening through closing and includes monitoring portfolio performance. The successful candidate will also collaborate with senior investment professionals and engage with external stakeholders on sourcing, structuring, and portfolio management. Candidates should have at least four years of experience in investment banking, project or infrastructure finance, debt investing, private credit, or a related field, along with a demonstrated interest in infrastructure and real asset investing. Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, and transaction execution skills are required. Applicants should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams effectively. A bachelor’s degree and strong academic record are required, as is the ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial team environment.
