Vice President, Infrastructure & Project Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure and Project Finance to lead transactions across the Americas, from initial review through closing. Responsibilities include assessing transaction structures, financing terms, and commercial considerations to inform lending decisions; preparing credit materials and transaction updates; and coordinating approvals, documentation, and execution with internal partners. The role also involves reviewing financial information and assumptions, maintaining accurate transaction records, and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, or a related lending or advisory field. Advanced project finance modeling skills, strong analytical and credit assessment capabilities, and experience executing complex transactions from diligence through closing are required. Applicants should also understand project finance documentation, credit structures, and risk mitigation techniques, and bring strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
