The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the organization's observability strategy across various components, including applications, infrastructure, Kubernetes, databases, and cloud services. This role involves the development of AI observability capabilities, distributed tracing, and end-to-end transaction monitoring to identify and address performance issues. The candidate will also be tasked with building automation and integrations for observability tools and evaluating emerging technologies to enhance the observability landscape. Applicants for this role at the company should have a B.S. or M.S. in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience. Proficiency in Java and Python, as well as knowledge of DevOps practices, tools, and database systems, is essential.
