Vice President of IT Infrastructure

The Company is seeking a VP of IT Infrastructure to lead strategic initiatives that enhance system performance, scalability, and availability. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data center operations, ensuring resilience, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness. This role involves managing vendor contracts, negotiations, and compliance with third-party risk management requirements, as well as leading infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations in alignment with business priorities. The VP will also be tasked with establishing governance over IT asset lifecycle management, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, audits, and risk assessments. Applicants for the VP of IT Infrastructure position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles. The role requires a candidate with proven expertise in data center operations, vendor contract management, and regulatory compliance, as well as a strong understanding of IT controls, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations.
