Interim Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of legal matters, with a focus on commercial litigation, contracts, compliance, and broader commercial legal issues. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders, external counsel, and managing a high-impact workload with significant autonomy. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and NDAs, advising on client and subcontractor agreements, and providing support on compliance and wider commercial legal matters. The role also requires the management of a varied caseload, providing day-to-day legal advice, and building strong relationships across the organization. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position must be Solicitors in England & Wales with a strong background in commercial litigation and contentious experience. Good commercial contracts experience, strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills are essential. The role demands a confident individual who can work independently, manage a varied workload, and is available to start at short notice.
