Interim Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team on an initial fixed-term contract, with the potential for a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of high-value commercial matters, including the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements. This role requires a qualified solicitor with at least 6 years' of post-qualification experience and a strong background in commercial law. The Senior Legal Counsel will also be involved in providing legal advice to executive leadership, managing relationships with external legal advisors, and conducting legal research on commercial and regulatory issues. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should be adept at handling high-value commercial and supply chain contracts, and experience in logistics, transport, or complex operational environments is highly advantageous. The role demands a skilled and precise drafter who can adapt and refine contract templates to meet evolving commercial requirements.
