The Company is seeking an Executive Director/Administrator to lead its hospice operations and clinical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and evaluating goals and objectives that meet and promote the highest standards of quality in hospice services. This role involves leading and overseeing all aspects of hospice operations, ensuring exceptional patient and family care, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Executive Director will also be tasked with leading, developing, and mentoring the team, fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, collaboration, and excellence, and driving growth and community engagement. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should be strong, results-driven leaders with excellent organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills. The role requires an exceptional communicator with the ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others. A minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience, with at least 2 years in a direct hospice setting as a Director of Nursing or Administrator, is preferred.
