Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the global operational development of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and enhancing the operational structure across multiple countries and production units, with a focus on creating a more cohesive and scalable industrial group. This pivotal role involves strengthening the coordination between sales, technology, planning, procurement, and production, as well as establishing a unified S&OP and capacity management process to improve decision-making and transparency. The COO will also be tasked with developing a more integrated supply chain, including a centralized procurement function, and driving improvements through standardization, LEAN, automation, and digitalization. The ideal COO for the company will be an operationally strong leader with international experience in a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include the development of the operational organization, implementation of S&OP processes, and the optimization of the supply chain. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in capacity planning, production management, and supply chain optimization, who can effectively lead change and drive results.
