Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of development and turn strategic priorities into results. The CEO will drive digitalization, service development, and simplification of the certification scheme, while strengthening customer focus, market position, growth, and financial sustainability. Responsibilities include leading and developing the organization, building relationships with business and public-sector stakeholders, and ensuring sound governance, financial performance, and close collaboration with the board. The ideal candidate will bring substantial leadership experience, preferably at senior executive level, with responsibility for strategy, budgets, and personnel. They should demonstrate commercial understanding and results in business development, growth, or marketing, along with experience leading change, particularly in digitalization or organizational development. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to unite people around a shared direction and culture are essential. Experience in sustainability is an advantage, but leadership capability and a record of delivering results are the primary qualifications.
