Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead an established business through its next phase of development. The CEO will hold overall responsibility for results, budget, and personnel, while uniting the organization around a clear direction and delivering stable, efficient, profitable operations and growth. Key responsibilities include improving margins through effective purchasing and streamlined logistics and product flows, developing commercial opportunities and the business model, and strengthening sales and delivery performance. The role also involves developing the organization, managing supplier and customer relationships, and working closely with sales, production, technical, and support teams. Candidates should bring relevant leadership experience with demonstrated responsibility for results, budgets, and personnel, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution. Experience in purchasing, logistics, goods flow, or supplier management is particularly relevant; backgrounds involving physical products, industry, trade, construction-related supply, B2B operations, or international sourcing are advantageous. Relevant higher education in business, logistics, purchasing, or a technical field is desirable but not essential when supported by strong experience and results. The ideal candidate has sound operational and financial judgment, commercial and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze, prioritize, implement change, and develop teams. Fluency in spoken and written Norwegian and English is required.
