Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development and implementation of a clear technology strategy. The CTO will be responsible for the entire digital value chain, including architecture, development, operations, and data security. This role is pivotal in the company's focus on development, and the successful candidate will be tasked with creating a robust technology plan, strengthening the professional community, and ensuring greater ownership of systems and data. The CTO will also play a key role in defining the future of digital services and collaboration, particularly in the context of shared value chains with public entities. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should be strong technologists with a background in development, architecture, or product development. Experience in industries with large transaction volumes and multiple stakeholders, such as banking, telecom, internet, or the public sector, is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and modernizing systems, as well as leading procurement and supplier management. A close, hands-on management style, the ability to foster innovation while maintaining quality and safety, and excellent communication skills are essential. A higher education in a relevant field is preferred, but extensive experience as a technologist can be a substitute for formal education.
