Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to spearhead the technological and engineering aspects of its platform, with a focus on leading the teams that ensure the operational and financial systems for ports are robust and ready for the AI era. The successful candidate will be responsible for unifying and leading all engineering teams, owning the technology strategy and target architecture, and driving the integration of AI into both the product and internal processes. This role demands a senior engineering leader with a strong background in SaaS, particularly B2B, who can influence product strategy, strengthen infrastructure, and lead modernization projects. The CTO will also be instrumental in building engineering leadership, reducing key-person risk, and integrating add-on acquisitions as the company expands. Applicants for the Chief Technology Officer position at the company should be change leaders, with a genuine curiosity about AI, and comfortable shaping product strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, platform modernization, security, and pragmatic technology choices.
