Vice President, General Counsel

The Company is seeking a Vice President, General Counsel to serve as its senior legal advisor and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership. Responsibilities include advising on business matters such as new ventures, mergers and acquisitions, liability, and employment law; reviewing and maintaining contracts; and overseeing regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. The role also manages legal disputes and litigation strategy, partners with human resources on employee-related matters, and contributes legal insight to business decisions and organizational growth. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law, with at least seven years of corporate law experience, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Experience in aviation, technology, or similar industries is an advantage. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and business skills are required, along with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across functions.
