Vice President of Restaurant Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Restaurant Operations to lead the performance and growth of company-owned and franchised restaurants. The role oversees restaurant operations, franchisee support, field leadership, operating standards, guest experience, new openings, and system expansion. Responsibilities include setting performance goals, monitoring financial and operational metrics, improving underperforming locations, and developing strong partnerships with franchisees. The Vice President will also build field leadership capability, champion hospitality, and collaborate across functions to ensure initiatives are practical and support restaurant growth. Candidates should bring 10 or more years of progressive multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, including success leading and developing field operations teams. Direct experience with franchisees and independently owned operators is strongly preferred, along with a record of improving sales, profitability, operational performance, and guest satisfaction. Strong knowledge of restaurant financial performance, P&L management, and operating metrics is required. A bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, operations, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred; experience in franchise development, restaurant openings, and guest experience strategy is an advantage.
