Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead its operations across multiple markets and drive operational excellence, scalable growth, and profitability. The role holds full responsibility for operational performance and financial results, including setting and executing the operations strategy and roadmap. Responsibilities include overseeing regional operations, customer experience, production sites and external partners, sales enablement, and data operations. The COO will unite and develop a multi-country leadership team, strengthen collaboration across functions, and guide initiatives in areas such as sales transformation and operational improvement. Candidates should bring at least 10 years of professional experience and a strong record of leading, scaling, and unifying complex operational teams. The role calls for analytical rigor, sound business judgment, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to execution. Experience with sales funnels, lead qualification, and conversion optimization is important, alongside fluency in English; French and Spanish are advantageous. Previous consulting or COO experience, successful people management, and a business, science, or engineering education are considered assets.
