Responsable CFO / CFA / Systèmes Senior

The Company is seeking a Senior CFO/CFA/Systems Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical, contractual, and operational management of electrical, low current, and systems lots on large-scale construction projects. This role involves overseeing the entire process from the study phase to the final acceptance of the works, ensuring the technical performance of the installations, budget compliance, quality, and safety. Key responsibilities include leading the execution studies and works for the electrical and systems lots, defining the most suitable technical solutions, managing the procurement process, and coordinating various internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires the supervision of on-site installation work, adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements, and proactive risk management. Applicants must have a degree in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in managing CFO/CFA projects, particularly in complex operations such as commercial, healthcare, data centers, transport infrastructure, airports, or high-rise buildings. Expertise in high and low voltage electrical installations, low current systems, fire safety systems, and building management systems is essential. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in BIM tools, collaborative platforms, and possess a strong understanding of electrical regulations and standards. The role demands the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, excellent negotiation and contract management skills, and a proven leadership ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Technical proficiency in English is a plus.
