The Company is seeking a Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Capital Markets & Advisory to provide strategic, commercial, and operational support across Continental Europe. The role supports strategy execution by monitoring business performance, commercial objectives, and priorities, and by preparing management information, financial analysis, and executive presentations. Responsibilities include coordinating governance activities and leadership forums, partnering on budgeting, cost management, workforce planning, and resource optimization, and driving transformation and operational improvement initiatives. The COO will also support risk management and regulatory governance, helping ensure effective controls and alignment across stakeholders. Candidates should have strong knowledge of financial services and capital markets, including investment banking operations and governance frameworks. They need excellent analytical and financial management skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and make actionable recommendations. Strong communication, presentation, influencing, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with experience managing strategic projects and change in an international environment. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and excellent written and spoken English are essential; working proficiency in French is an advantage.
