Head of People & Culture

The Company is seeking a Head of People & Culture to lead its people function and support the next phase of organizational growth and transformation. The role combines strategic and operational responsibilities, including partnering with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business objectives and leading a small team. Key duties include developing performance, career, and capability frameworks; overseeing recruitment, workforce planning, and talent management; and strengthening engagement, retention, and culture. The Head will also manage remuneration processes, HR systems, governance, employment compliance, employee relations, and continuous improvement. Candidates should bring broad generalist HR leadership experience and the ability to own a people function across strategic and operational priorities. They should have experience improving performance management, remuneration, organizational development, and talent practices, as well as supporting growth and organizational change. Strong commercial judgment, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills are essential, along with a proactive, adaptable, hands-on approach. International HR, technology-sector, or private-equity-backed experience is advantageous but not required.
