Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its accounting, finance, treasury, tax, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. The CFO will develop and execute financial strategies, oversee reporting, analysis, budgeting, cash flow, and long-range planning, and advise leadership on profitability and growth. Responsibilities include managing financing and banking relationships, overseeing accounting controls and audits, underwriting development projects, and improving financial systems and job-cost processes. The role also oversees tax planning and filings, payables and receivables, and coordination with internal teams on financial operations. Candidates should have at least 15 years of senior financial management experience in large corporations, along with strong communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills. The position requires the ability to move between detailed financial work and long-term planning, as well as exceptional honesty and integrity. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; a CPA and/or a master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is preferred.
