Executive Director, Community Operations Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead and drive the overall operations of the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the community, including care, sales, financial performance, and compliance. This role requires a strong focus on driving occupancy growth, revenue strategy, and market positioning, as well as managing P&L, budgeting, and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional resident and family experience. The Executive Director will also be tasked with leading a team, fostering engagement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have prior experience as an Executive Director, Administrator, or General Manager, with a proven track record in driving occupancy, revenue, and operational performance. Strong P&L, budgeting, and business management skills are essential, as is experience in leading teams and managing performance.
