The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Data Analytics & Benefits Enablement to lead benefits analytics, measurement, and employee engagement. The role turns cost, utilization, outcomes, and employee experience data into insights that guide benefits strategy, plan design, and engagement. Responsibilities include developing executive dashboards and predictive analytics, evaluating program effectiveness and vendor performance, and presenting findings as clear recommendations for leadership. The Executive Director will also guide targeted benefits communications, oversee vendor and funding processes, and ensure strong data governance, quality, privacy, and reporting capabilities. This position leads a multidisciplinary team and works across benefits, communications, finance, legal, privacy, procurement, and technology functions. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant work experience. Key qualifications include expertise in benefits analytics, predictive analysis, decision support, data visualization, program measurement, and employee experience and engagement. The role also requires strategic vendor and contract management, data governance and privacy awareness, technology and AI acumen, and strong cross-functional leadership. Excellent executive communication, business judgment, and experience building teams and analytical capabilities are essential.
