Associate Managing Director

The Company is seeking an Associate Managing Director to partner with senior leadership and drive advisor growth, development, and retention. Responsibilities include attracting experienced financial advisors, supporting candidate evaluation and successful transitions, and coaching advisors on practice growth, financial planning, investments, and business development. The role also guides onboarding, strengthens advisor engagement and productivity, and helps retain top talent. As a member of the leadership team, the Associate Managing Director uses market intelligence and business performance insights to advance strategic priorities and contribute to overall business growth. Candidates should have significant experience in wealth management, financial services leadership, advisor development, or recruiting, with a proven record of attracting experienced advisors. Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, advisory platforms, and practice management is required, along with excellent relationship-building, communication, analytical, coaching, and execution skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Series 6 and 65 registrations and a Life and Health insurance license are required; Series 7 and 66 registrations and designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU are preferred.
