Executive Director, Hospice

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Hospice division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, and working closely with senior leadership. This role requires a professional with a background in hospice branch leadership, a deep understanding of Medicare rules and regulations, and essential knowledge of finances and PNL. The Executive Director will be the key figure in the organization, overseeing the operational, clinical, and financial aspects of the hospice branch. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a background as a Director of Operations, Administrator, Executive Director, Director of Nursing, Director of Clinical Services, or Clinical Manager, with specific experience in hospice care. A Registered Nurse qualification is mandatory. The role demands a candidate who can demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to work in a collaborative environment, and a commitment to the highest standards of patient care.
