Executive Director, Hospice

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Hospice division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the branch's day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, and working closely with senior leadership. This role requires a candidate with a background in hospice, including experience as a Director of Operations, Administrator, Executive Director, Director of Nursing, Director of Clinical Services, or Clinical Manager. The Executive Director will be expected to have a strong understanding of Medicare rules and regulations, as well as essential knowledge of finances and PNL. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include managing the branch's daily activities, maintaining a high standard of care, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospice branch leadership and be adept at handling the financial aspects of the role.
