The Company is seeking a senior leader to set regional strategy and drive business performance across healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit banking, with direct accountability for growing the middle-market nonprofit business. Responsibilities include leading and developing a team, originating new business, managing the sales pipeline, and building senior client relationships. The role coordinates internal specialists to deliver integrated banking solutions, while maintaining strong risk and regulatory controls. The leader will also assess market opportunities, expand regional coverage, improve operating efficiency and client experience, and advance strategic initiatives while fostering an inclusive, accountable team culture. Candidates should typically have 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience, strong knowledge of commercial banking products and regional markets, and a record of business development and relationship growth. Success requires the ability to lead in a matrixed environment, mobilize resources, communicate effectively with senior audiences, and manage risk, priorities, and execution in a fast-paced setting. Experience leading a commercial banking sales team and in emerging middle-market banking is preferred; nonprofit banking experience is not required. A bachelor’s degree and formal credit training are also preferred.
