The Company is seeking a Vice President of Design, Construction, and Real Estate to lead enterprise-wide strategy across capital projects and real estate. Responsibilities include planning and delivering major construction, renovation, infrastructure, and expansion initiatives, as well as overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, leasing, development, and portfolio optimization. The executive will align investments with organizational priorities and patient needs, advise senior leadership and the board on growth and long-range planning, and build effective teams and external partnerships. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive executive leadership experience in healthcare design and construction, capital project delivery, real estate, and development. A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Applicants must demonstrate leadership of complex capital portfolios exceeding $1 billion, deep expertise in healthcare facilities and commercial real estate, and strong financial acumen. The role also requires the ability to influence across complex organizations and engage effectively with executives, governing boards, and diverse stakeholders.
