Vice President of Product, Embedded Finance, Healthcare Payments Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking a product leader to shape and deliver embedded finance products for healthcare payments. The role owns product strategy, customer discovery, market research, roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics, while leading launches from initial planning through go-live and post-launch stabilization. Responsibilities include coordinating integrated plans and dependencies across cross-functional teams, preparing operational procedures and support models, and driving readiness through training and communications. The leader will report progress to senior stakeholders, gather feedback, and use launch reviews to improve processes and customer outcomes. Candidates should have at least five years of product management or relevant domain experience, advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, and a record of leading product discovery and end-to-end launches. Strong delivery planning, dependency management, governance, change readiness, and operationalization skills are required. The role also calls for analytical problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder influence, and excellent written and verbal communication. Experience in complex, matrixed environments and familiarity with payments or healthcare are preferred.
