The Company is seeking a Market Chief Executive Officer to lead market-wide strategy, clinical performance, operational excellence, and financial results. The role owns the market’s P&L and oversees growth initiatives, including service expansion, acquisitions, practice integration, and strategic partnerships. The CEO will guide day-to-day operations, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and performance management while building strong relationships with physician leaders and external partners. The position also involves developing market leadership teams, strengthening talent and accountability, and aligning local priorities with broader organizational goals. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred. At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including senior oversight of healthcare operations, strategic planning, and financial performance, is required. Applicants should have a record of leading complex, multi-site healthcare organizations and delivering measurable clinical, operational, and financial results; experience with specialty practices and ancillary services is valuable.
