Executive Director

The Company seeks an inaugural Executive Director to guide a newly unified organization into its next chapter. The leader will turn the strategic plan into clear priorities, align the board and staff, strengthen organizational practices, and make thoughtful decisions about programs and resources. Responsibilities include advancing financial sustainability through fundraising, revenue diversification, and partnership development, while building a cohesive team and effective internal systems. The Executive Director will also cultivate relationships with residents, businesses, public officials, and community partners, advocate for shared priorities, and keep equity, affordability, and inclusion central to the organization’s work. Strong candidates will bring demonstrated success in fundraising, donor engagement, or other resource development, along with experience leading and developing teams, ideally through organizational change or growth. The role calls for strong communication, strategic planning, and organizational development skills, as well as the ability to articulate a vision and build support among diverse stakeholders. Experience in a relevant community program area is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate sound judgment, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to listening and working with communities whose voices are often underrepresented.
