Senior Vice President, Client Processing Manager Greater Pittsburgh, PA Area

The Company is seeking a Client Processing Manager, SVP to lead a medium to large-sized team or multiple small client processing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing, and problem resolution. This role involves managing client processing activities, ensuring that the volume of work meets and exceeds quality standards, and identifying and implementing process improvements. The Client Processing Manager will also be a top-level support for external clients, recruit and develop staff, and contribute to departmental budgets and planning. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with an advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years' of total work experience, with at least 1-3 years' in management, and experience in brokerage processing is also preferred. The role demands a professional who can effectively lead a team, is adept at problem-solving, and is committed to providing excellent service to clients. The candidate should be capable of maximizing the individual and team contributions of their staff, and be involved in the development of business plans for client processing operations.
