Senior Vice President, General Manager, Residential & Wiring Devices

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President and General Manager for its Residential and Wiring Devices Division. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a significant P&L, with a focus on driving the division's strategic plan in manufacturing, business development, sales performance, market development, product development, and customer management. This role demands a highly visible and critical champion for organic growth, particularly in the digital and energy transition space. The SVP-GM will be responsible for full P&L oversight, achieving profit plans, leading strategic alliances, and building and leading the manufacturing strategy. Additionally, the role requires a leader who can identify and develop future business growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions, and who is committed to a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. Applicants for this role at the company should be exceptionally talented P&L executives with a proven track record in growing and transforming businesses. The ideal candidate will be a passionate visionary with a strong background in technology, commercial, front-end/engineering, and operations, and will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's or MBA preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar leadership role. The role also demands a leader with a hands-on approach, Industry 4.0/iOT knowledge, and a successful background in customer negotiations and partnerships. The SVP-GM will be expected to drive a culture of safety and environmental responsibility and to champion a disciplined approach to business tools and systems.
