Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to provide strategic and operational leadership across a major manufacturing operation. The role will advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and business performance, while leading and developing the HR and administration function. Responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, retention, performance management, and workforce capability initiatives. The successful candidate will also manage employee relations and compliance, partner with international stakeholders, and help foster a workplace culture centered on safety, productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in a manufacturing environment and strong HR business partnering with senior operational leaders, is required. Applicants should have broad experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance management, learning and development, and workforce planning, supporting both hourly and salaried employees. A strong understanding of U.S. employment legislation, experience working with international stakeholders, and excellent people leadership, communication, and influencing skills are essential. Experience in related industrial sectors is desirable, and Mandarin language capability is preferred.
