Vice President, Product Delivery Manager, Payments

The Company is seeking a VP, Product Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of product delivery and enhancing customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end product delivery processes, managing dependencies, and ensuring the successful and timely implementation of solutions. This role requires a focus on operational management, change readiness, and a strong understanding of delivery with a proven track record in continuous improvement. The VP, Product Delivery Manager will also be involved in change management activities, and will work with stakeholders across multiple lines of business to manage resources, dependencies, and timelines. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area, with a strong background in release management and deployment processes. The role demands a motivated individual with a positive, team-oriented attitude, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to analyze opportunities and recommend solutions. Experience in dealing with external vendors, a client-focused approach, and a willingness to use AI for process improvement are also essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in Agile and hybrid methodologies, and experience with third-party vendor management. A PMP Certification or Certified Scrum Master is desired, along with a working knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
