Vice President of Product

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead its product organization and turn business and customer input into a clear, coordinated roadmap. Responsibilities include developing and coaching Product Managers, overseeing the process from request intake through launch, and setting prioritization decisions across product areas. The role will establish roadmap routines and supporting tools, partner with Engineering, Sales, and Support to shape committed work, and keep executive leadership informed about priorities, progress, and tradeoffs. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of product management experience. They should have led five or more Product Managers through recurring roadmap and prioritization processes and demonstrated success coaching teams and improving product work. The role requires strong executive communication, sound prioritization judgment, and hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence. Experience in restaurant or hospitality technology, or a comparable multi-stakeholder B2B2C environment, is also required.
