The Company is seeking a Managing Director, AI Solutions Product Leader to shape and execute a portfolio strategy for an AI platform and industry-focused products. The role will translate strategic goals into roadmaps, maturity milestones, investment recommendations, and consistent product practices. Responsibilities include leading and developing senior product leaders, guiding reusable platform capabilities, and partnering with engineering, architecture, sales, delivery, and other teams to ensure enterprise readiness. The leader will also support commercialization, strategic pursuits, and product positioning, while turning market and client insights into repeatable offerings. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in enterprise product leadership, AI or digital platforms, enterprise software, productized services, or cross-industry solutions. They should have experience leading senior product leaders or cross-functional teams and scaling product portfolios or platform capabilities in complex environments. Strong knowledge of AI, generative AI, agentic workflows, enterprise data platforms, cloud, model lifecycle management, integration architecture, and enterprise software delivery is required. The role also calls for executive presence, strategic decision-making, commercialization experience, and the ability to influence global stakeholders; an MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
