Vice President of Technology, Enterprise Architecture & Enterprise Data Greater Plano, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology, Enterprise Architecture & Enterprise Data to define and execute enterprise technology, data, and architecture strategy. This executive will lead enterprise data platforms, integration services, core platforms, master data management, governance, architecture, and foundational engineering capabilities. Responsibilities include modernizing technology platforms, establishing data products and governance frameworks, and aligning technology investments with business priorities. The role also advises executive leadership, guides major technology decisions, and builds high-performing architecture, engineering, platform, and data teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent education and experience, and at least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience. They should bring substantial expertise in enterprise architecture, data strategy and governance, cloud platforms, integration, application modernization, and engineering practices, along with experience leading enterprise-scale transformation and developing technology organizations. Strong business and financial acumen, executive communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional leadership are essential. Experience with Agile and DevOps environments and fluency in English are also required.
