Vice President, Traded Products Business Intelligence Lead, Wholesale Credit Risk Greater Plano, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Traded Products Business Intelligence Lead, to advance business intelligence capabilities for wholesale credit risk. The role owns analytical requirements, priorities, and roadmaps for data products covering traded products and lending exposures, translating user needs into analytical models and governed reporting. Responsibilities include partnering with technology teams to develop and validate data tables and models, consolidating legacy reporting logic, and establishing consistent definitions. The lead will also define data quality, lineage, reconciliation, metadata, and control requirements, while promoting governed self-service analytics through prototypes, training, and user guidance. The position requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders and teams across risk, product, finance, operations, and technology. Candidates should have at least seven years of progressive experience with traded products and complex financial data in credit risk, product analysis, data architecture, or a related field. They need broad knowledge of derivatives, securities, futures, and options, along with a foundational understanding of credit risk exposures and the ability to translate business questions into analytical requirements. Strong SQL and data analysis skills, sound judgment around data quality and controls, and excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities are required. Experience with self-service BI, semantic layers, legacy reporting migrations, cloud data platforms, or data product roadmaps is preferred. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is also beneficial, with careful validation of outputs and adherence to information security requirements.
