The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Agentic and Generative AI Product Management to identify, develop, and scale AI products across the enterprise. The role leads products from discovery and experimentation through production deployment, adoption, and enterprise-wide scaling, while defining success through measurable business outcomes, customer experience, reliability, trust, and cost effectiveness. Responsibilities include identifying high-value business problems, shaping the AI roadmap and platform, and partnering with business and technical teams to integrate AI into workflows. The leader will influence senior executives on AI strategy and investment, guide cross-functional programs, and develop a high-performing product team. Candidates should have 10 or more years of product management experience and a background in product management, computer science, mathematics, data science, operations research, or a related discipline. They must have personally led Agentic AI products from development through production deployment at organizational or business-unit scale, with demonstrated adoption and measurable results. Strong technical fluency in AI, machine learning, and generative AI is required, along with practical knowledge of evaluation, reliability, observability, governance, security, human oversight, and ongoing operations. The role also calls for experience leading and coaching product-focused teams, sound strategic judgment, and exceptional communication skills to influence senior leaders and collaborate across technical and business functions.
