Vice President, Global Category Manager, Non-Technology, Global Supplier Services

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Category Manager for Non-Technology in Global Supplier Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the employee experience across diverse markets, leading high-impact sourcing and supplier performance work, and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial and risk outcomes. This role involves setting global category strategies, executing aligned category plans, and building and maintaining a multi-year sourcing roadmap. The VP will also be tasked with leading end-to-end competitive sourcing events, developing negotiation strategies, and ensuring that supplier engagements meet third-party risk expectations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, a minimum of 8 years in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, or vendor management with multi-country scope, and a proven track record of leading complex negotiations. Strong commercial and analytical skills, the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and sourcing/procurement tools are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in HR services and employee benefits sourcing, professional certification in procurement, and experience in a highly regulated, large-scale global organization. The role requires the ability to manage work across APAC and EMEA time zones and a strong focus on prioritization and program management.
