Head of Integrated Management, Environment & Quality

The Company is in search of a Head of Integrated Management, Environment, and Quality to spearhead its commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of management systems that ensure environmental and quality compliance, drive continuous improvement, and ultimately transform the company's operations. This pivotal role requires a professional with a strategic vision, leadership skills, and a proven track record in fostering a culture of quality, sustainability, and compliance. The Head will be responsible for coordinating initiatives across operational and administrative areas, as well as for the comprehensive management of environmental and quality indicators. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of professional experience, with at least 3 years' in environmental management within agricultural, agro-industrial, industrial, or manufacturing operations. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential, with a specialization in integrated management systems, sustainability, or risk management being desirable. The role involves the implementation and monitoring of Environmental Management Plans, management of legal compliance, and handling of internal and external environmental audits. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in industrial effluent treatment and WWTP management, as well as a strong background in ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems. Skills in root cause analysis, deviation management, and the ability to propose and implement environmental improvement projects are also key requirements for this position.
