President

The Company is seeking a President to lead all aspects of its division, including strategic and financial management, land positioning, architecture, customer satisfaction, and industry and civic relations. The role includes building and maintaining an effective organizational structure, recruiting and developing senior leaders and team members, and ensuring staffing and resources support business plans and growth. The President will set goals, conduct performance and development reviews, mentor future leaders, and hold teams accountable for results. The position also requires developing strategic plans, resolving operational issues, and communicating effectively with external stakeholders. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of senior management experience in the homebuilding industry, with strong operational and leadership capabilities. They should demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to motivate teams, delegate effectively, manage conflict, and achieve business objectives. Experience with larger-scale homebuilders is preferred. A master’s degree or equivalent in a related field is an advantage.
