Vice President of Operations Greater Ranchi, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee field operations and support the leadership team with operational management and field data collection. Responsibilities include preparing project budgets, tracking progress and expenses against targets, and ensuring implementation meets quality standards and standard procedures. The role coordinates donors, investors, internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners; manages procurement and inventory; and conducts team reviews, field monitoring, and audits. The successful candidate will also consolidate project updates, identify risks, and support timely reporting and corrective action. Candidates should bring 5–8 years of overall experience, including substantial experience working in rural India, and an MBA in Operations, Agriculture, or Rural Management. The role calls for strong team leadership, coordination, budgeting, procurement, and project-monitoring capabilities. Applicants should be entrepreneurial, self-motivated, adaptable in an unstructured environment, and collaborative, with a genuine interest in rural development, ecological restoration, and climate action.
