Head of Programme Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Programme Management to take on a pivotal role in the organization. This senior position is not a traditional PMO support role; instead, it involves owning the master program, challenging assumptions, and providing the senior leadership team with the necessary insight to make critical investment and delivery decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrated master program across all projects, tracking various workstreams to ensure clear visibility of interdependencies, and working closely with Development Managers to integrate project-level programs into the wider portfolio view. The role also includes resource planning, identifying gaps and conflicts, and working with functional leads to resolve issues. The ideal candidate for the Head of Programme Management role at the company will have a strong background in program management, with a focus on commercial discipline and the ability to bring greater visibility and control to a large portfolio of projects. Significant experience in a similar role, particularly within the energy, infrastructure, or related sectors, is essential.
