Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership and lead group-wide support functions, including Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, quality, health and safety, legal, tax, compliance, and risk. The CFO will strengthen Finance as a strategic partner and develop the central services organization into a proactive platform that adds value for affiliated businesses. Responsibilities include advising business leaders and governance stakeholders, supporting improvement initiatives and organizational development, and advancing digitalization and process effectiveness. The role also contributes to strategic investment activity and the continued professionalization of the organization. Candidates should bring an academic-level background, preferably with a completed accounting or controlling qualification, and 10–15 years of senior finance leadership experience. Broader responsibility for functions such as IT, HR, procurement, or quality and safety is an advantage, as is experience in a medium-sized or larger organization and familiarity with entrepreneurial, family-owned businesses. The role calls for strong digitalization and IT expertise, including experience with shared services, process improvement, and management information. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, integrations, and strategic investments is also valuable, alongside the seniority to advise stakeholders and the willingness to remain operationally involved.
