Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's international growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a scalable European operation, leading the integration of international partners, processes, and technology, and ensuring operational quality and risk management. This role demands an entrepreneurial and analytically strong leader with a proven track record in operational leadership, organizational development, and a strong affinity for technology, data, and AI. The COO will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and the founder, forming the management board and jointly driving the company's growth and operating results. Key responsibilities for the COO include guiding the further development of the company's proprietary technology platform, leveraging automation and AI, and connecting independent partner organizations to achieve results across national and organizational borders. The ideal candidate will have a background in a complex, dynamic environment, with experience in international collaboration and a focus on operational and technological aspects of the business. The role requires a leader who is strategic, results-oriented, and capable of making sharp decisions while also being hands-on and willing to roll up their sleeves.
