Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to support a Dutch platform through a period of professionalization and growth. The role will initially focus on hands-on accounting and financial reporting, with responsibilities including monthly reporting, annual accounts, accounts payable and receivable, cash and working capital management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The successful candidate will coordinate annual audits, oversee consolidation and group reporting, and strengthen internal controls and processes. Over time, the position will take on a more strategic focus, supporting integration, automation, process improvement, future growth, and financial discussions with senior management. Applicants should have at least eight years of relevant finance or accounting experience, including strong financial reporting and annual accounts expertise. Hands-on experience with accounting and consolidation, as well as working across multiple entities, is required. Experience in insurance or managing general agency environments is also essential. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and English.
